**SUMMARY**
**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES**
- Work with the Senior Project Director to ensure contract wide compliance with SDR and processes
- Report on data from Project Controls Analyst (PCA) on regular basis to provide Sr. Director with up to date trending and actionable items
- Monitor documentation sent to PSPC
- Track timelines and outstanding approvals of documents
- Participate in monthly project review meetings to take minutes, track ongoing issues and escalation items
- Work with PCA II during monthly billing exercise to ensure compliance to the SDR and Milestone Billing rules
- Regular monitoring and trending to KPI deliverables
- Prepare reports, follow-up on key initiatives, maintain & update documentation and perform other clerical duties
**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
- College diploma in a related discipline with 1 to 3 years demonstrated experience
- Strong computer skills, highly proficient with MS office and Excel skills, with advanced working knowledge on customized excel reporting, pivot tables and formatting.
- Strong experience in taking and formatting minutes of meetings
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Bilingualism an asset
