**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Chinese is mandatory

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to work in outdoor environments
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
