To do that, we’re looking for a **dynamic, energetic, and passionate recruiter** to join us and help us find and onboard top-tier real estate talent.

**What you’ll do**:

- Be the **face of our recruitment efforts**, helping to attract new brokers, agents, and industry professionals.
- Work directly with **Etienne Mellor**, one of the most experienced brokers in the game, to execute creative recruiting strategies.
- Identify, engage, and nurture top talent in the industry.
- Conduct outreach, schedule calls, and follow up with potential recruits.
- Pitch the **Mellor Group advantage** with energy, clarity, and confidence.
- Help us scale our **unique culture**, where visibility, mentorship, and innovation meet.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
