Additionally, we pride ourselves on our integrity, reliability, and ethical business practices, fostering long - standing relationships built on trust. **Salary**: Competitive salary $29.00 per hour. **Responsibilities**: - Coordinate training as required, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety and Quality standards. - Coordinate various inspections and audits, encompassing both Health & Safety and Quality. - Participate in accident and incident investigations, conducting root cause analysis, providing training and ensuring closure of action items. - Collaborate with Managers and WSIB in the management of personnel injuries and Return to Work programs. - Scheduling of Safety Meetings, tracking of assigned meeting minute action items and follow up on action items until closed. - Assist in the development of new training initiatives, safety documentation and associated procedures. - Coordinate New Hire Health & Safety training and orientation, including assignment of training through the Carriers Edge portal. - Pulling statistical reports as required. - Assist with various projects as needed. - Undertake other administrative duties as they arise. - Ability to multitask and prioritize duties effectively. - Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. - Familiarity and competency with the Canada Labour Code and Federal Labour Regulation. - Act as a champion for the company’s safety culture. - Additional duties as required. - Be a strong team player. **Requirements**: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, at an intermediate to advanced level. - Familiarity with Canada Labour Code and Federal Labour Regulation. - Proven competency in Health, Safety and Quality initiatives About PDI Bulk: PDI Bulk is a privately-owned full-service bulk trucking company offering diversified logistics solutions.
