**Overview**

We are looking for a highly organized and versatile **Office Manager and Forklift Operator** to join our growing team. This unique position combines administrative and operational responsibilities — ideal for someone who can efficiently manage office tasks while also supporting warehouse operations when needed.

**Responsibilities**

**Office Management**:

- Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage correspondence, filing, and documentation (both digital and physical).
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between departments.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and inventory records.
- Assist management with reporting, purchasing, and general administrative support.

**Forklift & Warehouse Operations**:

- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse as needed.
- Perform deliveries or pick-ups when required.
- Conduct regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- Valid **Forklift Operator License/Certification** and **Class 5 Driving License**.
- Proven experience in **office administration** and **warehouse/forklift operations**.
- Strong multitasking and time management skills.
- Basic accounting or inventory management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks when required.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.85 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
