**Canadian Treads - Administrative Assistant**

We are currently seeking highly organized and detail-oriented **Administrative Assistant** to support the daily operations of our production facility. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative processes, timely communication, and accurate record-keeping to support both internal teams and external customers Join us and be part of a forward-thinking company on the leading edge of sustainable manufacturing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer phone calls, direct them and take messages as needed
- Run and distribute reports for customers as required
- Assist with completion and distribution of internal reports
- Manage training videos: assign them to employees, track completion, and maintain accurate training records
- Organize and maintain the Joint Health & Safety Committee (JHSC) binder, including all relevant paperwork
- Assist with monthly inventory counts and reporting
- Occasionally place orders for office and plant supplies
- Match work orders, verify information, and make updates or changes as needed
- File physical and electronic documents in an organized and accessible manner
- Assist Office Administrator as needed and provide coverage for vacation
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support the efficient operation of the plant
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Experience with inventory systems or production reporting is an asset
