We are currently seeking **Computer-Aided Production Technicians** to join our dynamic team. This hands-on role is ideal for motivated individuals who are proficient with hand tools, comfortable using digital systems, and capable of adapting to various stages of the production process. **Key Responsibilities**
- Use computerized terminals various production stations to access customer specifications, operator process machines and input production data
- Inspect tires for debris and damage
- Operate hand tools and machines to complete the retreading process
- Move large commercial truck tires (30-50 lbs) safely and efficiently
- Rotate between workstations throughout the day depending on production needs
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all Health & Safety policies and workplace procedures

**Qualifications**
- Experience using computers or touch-screen interfaces in a work setting
- Competence with hand tools and light mechanical tasks
- Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing tasks and station assignments as required
- Physically fit to handle heavy tires regularly
- Dependable, safety-minded, and a team player
