**Objective**:
**Responsibilities**:
**This position has two main aspects of the role**:

- Work closely and collaborate with the Sales team & Marketing on storytelling architecture
- Collaborate with Content Development team and Social Media team on production & delivery of assets
- Brief in copy and ensure translations have been made
- Create briefs for segment creation
- Develop A/B Testing plans
- Manage the overall communication calendar

**Assistance in the digital transformation success**:

- Manage the coordination, planning and the upload of the content on the website according to the strategy planned with the Director of Digital transformation
- Contribute in the market-Support activities for campaigns (configuration, testing and launch), including seasonal campaigns, and optimize website content to achieve business objectives.
- Optimize the user experience and coordinate with the team to guarantee a seamless experience and maximize the purchase process on all platforms.
- Monitor day-to-day activities and coordinate with the Marketing department on the planning and launce of new content on the website.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail or consumer goods
- Project coordination and organization skills
- Excel Knowledge Experience building strong brand building content strategies
- Elevated organizational and process-management skills
- Flexible and enjoys working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment
- Knowledge of Episerver-Optimizely and Klaviyo, an asset
- Experience with Google Analytics and/or other performance monitoring platforms, an asset
- Bilingual
