Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, cold calling and networking.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our technology solutions.
- Manage accounts effectively, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote products and expand professional connections.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus.
- Experience in business development and account management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Additional pay:
