**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and understand what building products they have purchased.
- Learn the yard and warehouse locations where we store the various products.
- Load purchased products into our customer's vehicles or trailers
- Coordinate with our Sales team to ensure the accurasy of product inventory
- Assist with preparing products to be shipped to customers by our fleet trucks.
- Collaborate with various departments and management to resolve customer issues and escalations

**Requirements**:

- Ability to lift 50lbs is required
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving processes
- Familiarity with building products
- Basic math skills is an asset
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach
- Experience in warehouse distribution is beneficial
- Fork lift and pallet mover experience is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
