We are seeking a dedicated individual who will take pride in their work and support our mission in the role of Repair and Maintenance Worker.
Successful applicants will join our construction team and will contribute to repair, preventative and grounds maintenance of our residential and commercial properties. Duties include:
Repair and Preventative Maintenance
- Light-duty plumbing such as changing faucets, flush valves, and toilets.
- Paint touch-ups
- Changing thermostats and filters.
- Repair and change door hardware
- Unclog drains
- Small tile and carpet repairs.
- Replace baseboard.
- Install laminate countertops.
- Perform regular checks of building systems, report any issues.
- Other duties as assigned.
Exterior Grounds Maintenance
- Operate plow truck to remove snow from parking lots.
- Properly fill our all paperwork.
- Cut grass and weed gardens.
**Requirements**:
- Training provided, must be willing to learn.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role considered an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Clean criminal background check.
