**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:
**Customer Service**
- Maintain high level quality of presentation through cleanliness on the sales floor and in the warehouse
- Provide best in class customer service according to MB standards - build rapport with each guest, learn their names as well as those of their family & pets, consistently exceed their expectations
- Able to listen actively and communicate in a straightforward manner with customers and teammates

**Job Knowledge**
- Enjoys physical work - able to lift and carry 55lbs without restriction continuously throughout the workday
- Attentive to detail and alert at all times to ensure safety
- Able to think critically, problem solve, and make decisions
- Strong communication skills required - able to receive and follow instruction and communicate new information or concerns to teammates or the Management team
- Actively work with product - maximize selling opportunities through stocking, replenishing, rotating, cleaning, assembling and displaying (including price labelling) as per MB guidelines
- Operate POS to process all required transactions & issue receipts courteously and efficiently, concluding with a carry out of merchandise or a load up at the dock as per MB customer service standard “We Load it For You”
- Execute reductions, price changes, standard equipment checks, expiry audits and all other MB routines and processes as directed
- Utilize established policies and procedures to assist in loss prevention and safety, partnering with the Management Team as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 0-35 per week
