**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and service requests efficiently
- Analyze customer concerns to determine the most appropriate and effective resolution
- Support DICI commitment to excellence in customer service
- Perform administrative duties, including reporting and data entry and review
- Engage with both new and existing customers regarding new products and renewal opportunities

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 1-year minimum of experience in customer service an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous call center experience preferred
- Highly self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to de-escalate customer concerns in a tense situation
- Ability to maintain positive and fact-based responses and exercise self-awareness under pressure
- Own transportation (no city transportation in the area)
