**Neighbourly Pharmacy **is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding and growing team based in Toronto, On.
**Key Accountabilities**
Talent Acquisition’s responsibilities include the following:
**Branding and Employee Value Proposition**
- Work closely with our recruiting partners (Tal, RPI, Indeed, Linked In) to manage our recruiting efforts and overall agency, media and recruitment spend.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential pharmacist applicants and generate strategies to use social media effectively to generate interest in pharmacy, front store and support centre roles.
- Work closely with our Manager of Total Rewards and field level HR Business Partners to ensure our employee deal and overall offering is competitive and clearly understood in the market.
- Partner with all the pharmacy schools at Canadian Universities to attend career fairs and create lasting relationships with graduating students. Generate strategies to lock in students in 2nd and 3rd year to create interest in pharmacy roles at Neighbourly.
**Interviewing, Assessment and Onboarding Processes**
- Create interviewing guides that are both focused on critical questions for key roles and ensure our interviewing platform is legally compliant in each provincial jurisdiction.
**Data Management and Reporting**
- Perform analysis of hiring needs to better forecast future requirements
- HR lead of the software implementation of a new applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve the efficiency and administration of the current recruiting processes.
- Create the key reporting indices (KPI’s) for our talent acquisition system to ensure ongoing monitoring of our recruitment success.
- Measure turnover and other retention metrics to understand areas to improve organization wide attraction and retention
**Employee Engagement and Talent Retention**
- Review employee engagement data for any talent retention and growth opportunities
- Work with stores with lower engagement to support ongoing retention of key staff
- Review engagement data to determine the critical needs of employees in each region and plan accordingly to improve overall attraction and retention
**Develop the Talent Acquisition Team**
- Build out a new Talent Acquisition team and integrate the existing recruiting team
- Provide daily and strategic guidance to the team for continued success and growth
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**
- Demonstrated understanding of strategic Talent Acquisition methodologies particularly in the retail pharmacy sector with focus on pharmacists and Pharmacy Managers.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with relevant social media, agencies and job posting boards, C.V. databases and professional networks
- Ability to engage and direct a team of recruiters to drive better attraction and retention outcomes.
- Ability to forge new relationships and create partnerships within the talent acquisition community to foster growth of our talent pools
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with applicant tracking systems and Human Capital Management Systems (HCMS) to generate effective reporting and efficiency in the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills; demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify problems, and solve problems using effective solutions.
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and highest levels of accuracy
- Strong time management, planning and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and meet weekly recruiting deadlines
- Demonstrated understanding of employee engagement and how that impacts employee attraction and retention.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with proven ability to build trust at all levels of the organization
- Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation as it relates to interviewing and the employment relationship
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- A degree in Human Resources management, business administration or a relevant field.
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar experience in an HR or recruiting role
- Strong and varied experience in recruiting pharmacists for the retail pharmacy sector
- Experience with psychometric assessment tools and/or certified in an assessment methodology
- Successfully lead a Talent Acquisition team and managed large volume of recruitment activity in complex markets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively explain complex information very concisely
- Strong knowledge of job posting platforms and professional social media platforms such as, Indeed LinkedIn and how to use them effectively for proactive talent search
