**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Operator should be skilled and have an understanding of all phases of embroidery
- Operate multi-head embroidery machines using standard safety procedures
- Read and understand purchase orders
- Count and prepare garments for embroidery
- Clean and trim
- Maintain machinery in good working order
- Quality control is very important

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized; strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs
- Strong work ethic
- Team player
- Motivated to improve and learn
