**National Lead - Chiropractic Services**

The role holder is responsible for overall success and delivery of strategic Chiropractic services nationally.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide strong and supportive leadership on a National level
- Partner with Regional leaders to ensure high quality service is delivered in an effective and cost-efficient manner
- Evaluate existing programs and lead the development of new programs that will build the business
- Facilitate the delivery of a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment and a client centered approach to care
- Provide dedicated recruitment and retention support to attract and keep top talent
- Accountable for the implementation of the outcome measurement and data collection system
- Ensure professional standards are met, along with recommending and instilling clinical quality changes in service as required
- Work collaboratively with the Regional leadership teams to support local strategic planning, integrated with National growth initiatives
- Network to promote Lifemark chiropractic services
- In conjunction with National Office and Clinic Operations leadership support, work as a team to meet corporate and clinic-specific goals and objectives
- Develop, implement and monitor customer service programs to provide an outstanding experience to patients, physicians and payers
- Support Regional leaders in the development of strong, enduring and trustful relationships with referring clinicians and specialists

**Ideal qualifications include**:

- 5+ years clinical experience as a Chiropractor
- Registration with the provincial College of Chiropractors
- Past experience managing operations and/or projects across multiple locations
- Proven past leadership of direct reports and multi-site teams
- Project management experience
- Business Development experience is a very strong asset
- Previous experience managing rehabilitation clinics is considered a strong asset
- Degree in business administration is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively with others
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- Experience treating clients in a multi-disciplinary rehabilitation setting
- Prior experience with WSIB, MVA, insurance funded cases and occupational rehabilitation
- Familiarity with Functional Capacity Evaluations considered an asset
