Great, because this position will allow you to do exactly that. We are looking for a production brewer to join our brewing team at Mill Street Brewery in Toronto, Ontario. This role is responsible for the production of wort, cellaring of in process beer, finishing beer and cleaning process equipment. The ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment and follow SOP’s related to Safety, Quality, and Production is required.

The Production Brewer plays a key role in ensuring our beer gets into the hands of our consumers through teamwork and by following safe working standards.

Here is a brief list of what you will be working on:

- Execute CIP and sterilization of tanks
- Manage yeast collection & handling
- Execute Beer filtration and centrifugation, and brew house operations
- Ensure data and record keeping is well maintained

**WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED**
- Experience in Brewing or related manufacturing discipline preferred
- Degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or Food Science or College Diploma in a Technical Discipline
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
