**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Conduct heavy lifting of equipment or materials while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness, cleaning all areas and staging for presentable impressions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
- Assist in facilities maintenance tasks as required, contributing to the overall upkeep of the properties.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating finding and observations while on the job.
- Job demand fitness and ability to walk up stairs repeatitively, climb up step ladders, travel to and from multiple locations.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in household regular and deep cleaning or commercial cleaning is mandatory.
- Time management practices to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Ability to utilize apps and GPS.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various cleaning equipment safely.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience with rental property cleanings and demonstrating versatility in job functions.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $20.65-$23.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 - 28 per week
