In this role, you will report directly to the Location Manager and be responsible for supervising the Parking Ambassadors. Your primary duties will include ensuring smooth parking operations, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with all parking regulations and procedures.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Supervision and Leadership**:
- Manage and lead a team of Parking Ambassadors to ensure efficient and effective parking operations.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to Parking Ambassadors.
- Monitor performance and provide feedback to promote professional development.
- **Operational Management**:
- Oversee daily parking operations to ensure optimal use of parking facilities.
- Direct vehicles to appropriate parking spaces and manage parking flow.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of parking areas.
- **Customer Service**:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about parking procedures.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:
- Enforce parking regulations and issue citations or warnings as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local regulations.
- Report any violations or incidents to the Location Manager.
- **Record Keeping and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of parking transactions and incidents.
- Prepare and submit reports on parking operations to the Location Manager.
- Assist in the development and implementation of parking policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in parking management or a related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management or related fields preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in [English/French] is required.
