To support our growth and continue to innovate, we’re looking for a **National Account Manager** who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment and is motivated to drive performance through strategic partnerships and customer-focused solutions.

**Your Impact**:
This role goes beyond traditional account management. It’s about being a strategic partner to our clients, translating insights into action, and enabling smart commercial strategies that fuel growth. As National Account Manager, you’ll be a key contributor to our commercial success, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver results and shape the future of our retail presence.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
**Lead Strategic Account Management**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and profit objectives.
- Prepare impactful client presentations, including Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts to support production and supply chain planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service.

**Drive Sales Growth & Execution**:

- Analyze internal reports, Nielsen data, client insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead product launch presentations and ensure successful execution at retail.
- Negotiate trade programs, agreements, and support planogram optimization.
- Build and maintain a promotional calendar aligned with brand and business strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Production, Logistics) to meet client needs.
- Support the retail sales team to maximize their impact on account performance.
- Ensure tactical execution aligns with strategic plans across departments.

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in client management, ideally in the fresh category.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with IGA is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of the food industry; dairy experience is considered a plus.
- Bilingual (French/English) and open to growing in a bilingual environment.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
