As a member of Banda Volpi — the acclaimed restaurant group behind Savio Volpe, Elio Volpe, and Pepino’s Spaghetti House — La Tana is part of a team recognized for creating some of Canada’s most well-regarded dining experiences. **POSITION: MANAGER (FULL-TIME)**

We are currently seeking a Manager to join our growing team. If you're passionate about Italian wine and cuisine, thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting, and are eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:

- Provide an exceptional dining experience to guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality guest experiences
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Manage, train, and develop front-of-house, providing ongoing support and feedback
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders in coordination with the culinary team
- Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and clear communication across all departments
- Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu and wine offerings meet our high standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Minimum of 1 year in restaurant management, with experience in high-volume settings
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, inventory management, and financial reporting
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a successful team
- WSET II or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanour
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team with positivity and efficiency
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality

**COMPENSATION & BENEFITS**:

- $42,000 - $55,000 yearly + gratuities
