L. Chabot Enterprises Ltd. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Junior Lead Hand to join our team for heavy construction excavation and backfill projects in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

As a Junior Lead Hand, you will be responsible for assisting the Senior Lead Hand in coordinating and overseeing daily operations on the job site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting progress to the Senior Lead Hand, as well as communicating with other members of the team to ensure that everyone is working together effectively.

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
