By providing the majority of mechanical requirements in-house, including engineering, 3D-design, plumbing, sheet metal, HVAC, refrigeration, and controls, we are a “ONE-STOP” shop for any project.

We are looking for permanent full-time **Plumbing Apprentices and Journeymen** for high-rise residential projects in Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, and New Westminster with more to come.

**Duties will include**:

- Installing piping for different systems (HRVS, ERVS, VRF, 4-pipe fan coils, 2-pipe fan coils, vertical heat pumps)
- Installing and layout of piping systems including piping for drainage, domestic water, stainless, and gas
- Installing all seismic for all piping and equipment
- Installing fixtures including rough-in components
- Hanging and installing all piping and equipment
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Locate and mark locations for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors
- Testing pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Red Seal Certification in Plumbing considered an asset but not required
- Previous plumbing experience and/or transferable construction trade skills considered an asset
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, inspection reports, etc.
- Ability to work with subcontractors and vendors
- Ability to meet sensitive timelines
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Ability to adapt to the changes of the day-to-day workloads

**Job Types**: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: $24.00-$48.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
