**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Lead a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.
- Oversee order picking processes, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment of e-commerce orders.
- Manage inventory levels, conducting regular audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Implement organizational strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the warehouse.
- Facilitate training programs for new employees on warehouse systems and operational procedures.
- Coordinate heavy lifting tasks, ensuring proper techniques are utilized to maintain safety standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in supervising warehouse operations, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Proficiency in order picking processes and familiarity with logistics.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of warehouse systems and inventory management practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, with knowledge of French being a plus.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
