**JOB TITLE**: Physician Assistant
**LOCATION**:Scarborough, Toronto, Newmarket, Markham + some remote with occasional travel to other sites

**SALARY RANGE**: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour based on skills and experiences. We are flexible in offering full time hours or part time hours based on availability and level of commitment.

**Practice Details**:
Unique opportunity for a Physician Assistant to join our busy multi-specialty practice that is a community-based practice. Our team uses digital health tools and best practices to allow for an organized and streamlined process when managing our high patient volume.

**Qualifications - Must Have**:

- Graduate of a Physician Assistant Program (Canadian) **REQUIRED**:

- Certified by the Physician Assistant Certification Council of Canada with a CCPA number and in good standing
- Eligible to work in Canada/Ontario
- Excellent medical recording keeping with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide-range of patients with different backgrounds and medical conditions
- Demonstrated competency to perform complete clinical assessment and development of treatment plans in accordance with medical directives (patient-facing in addition to providing virtual care)
- Passionate about furthering education,. training, and development to meet patient care requirements (up to date with clinical research and studies)
- Abililty to handle large patient volumes; excellent time management, decision-making, problem recogniziation and problem solving skills

**Greats to have**:

- Experience with working with EMR and/or HIS
- Experience with any of the following specialties: ENT, Pediatrics, Respirology, General Medicine, Allergy, Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Ortho
- Holds an International Medical Graduate **in addition** to being certified as a Physician Assistant (CCPA) - please note that we will not be accepting any IMGs applicants that have not completed an additional certificate or graduation with UofT or McMcaster University or University of Manitoba

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
