Bolton, Canada Trans Globe Logistics Full time

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure compliance with vehicle licensing and registration
- Monthly Reporting - headcount, CVOR tracking, driver expiration tracking
- Seal monitoring
- Accident Reporting to Insurance Company
- Reviewing fuel and toll expenses
- Maintaining all safety required expirations
- Tracking all renewals - licensing, IFTA, NY HUT,
- Tracking all safety related items - CVOR, DOT
- Maintain accurate driver files

Ideal Requirements:

- Knowledgeable in applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations (OHS, MTO)
- Experience in Transportation Industry is preferred
- 1-2 years of Safety and Compliance experience
- Key Personal Attributes include strong communication skills, attention to detail, adaptable

Duties Include:

- Inspect, evaluate, and report any incidents
- Check Compliance with health and safety regulations and ensures all necessary records are maintained
- Arrange Annual Driver and Loader Safety Meetings and individual terminal meetings as required
- Collaborate with Insurance and Compliance Departments on transportation accident claims
- Manage personal injuries with WSIB and Return to Work programs
- Federal regulations CLC
- Complete working knowledge of DOT hours of service regulations
- Assist with the development with new training/safety documentation and procedures
- Participation in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) inspections, providing inspectors with appropriate documents and identifying safety measures,
- Reporting to Management on status of all Health and Safety issues
- Implementation, maintenance and improvement to current Health and Safety Program, by implementing Health and Safety Best Practices
- Development, Maintenance and Auditing of H&S Training Programs

Requirements and Qualifications:

- 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
- Team player skills with demonstrated abilities to interact well with all levels of associates
- Proven ability to encourage and motivate others in a positive manner.
- Self-motivated, assertive, and quick to respond
- Works well under pressure
- Excellent analytical capabilities
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Sharepoint)
- Quick Learner & Problem Solver
- Bilingual, an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
