**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our Vernon team through various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
- Providing ongoing support to the Travel Coordinator, Project Managers, Supervisors, and workers in the implementation of Geotech's safety program in alignment with regulations and client requirements.
- Setting up employees with safety courses and occupational testing.
- Workbook generation and assisting with daily shift reports.
- Assisting with field timesheets and expenses.
- Assisting with crew scheduling; following up with field staff to ensure they are ready for their rotations.
- Submittal management.
- Working with Microsoft software to manage data and information related to project management functions.
- Providing administrative support to multiple departments including the ownership group.
- General filing, photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
- Additional administrative tasks and special projects as required.

**Professional Experience / Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years in an office setting preferably in an industrial setting (Drilling, Mining, Construction, Forestry etc)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Works well under pressure and performs well within tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics NAV experience is considered an asset.
- Experience working in a project based working environment considered an asset.
- Experience in an industrial setting, drilling being an asset.

**Education**:

- College Diploma or University Degree is considered an asset.
