**Overview**
The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting and enhancing the daily, weekly, and monthly operational and administrative functions of the Food & Beverage department. This role is hands-on and service-focused, with supervisors expected to actively work as a server and/or bartender when scheduled, while also assisting with key administrative duties such as inventory management and ordering. The Supervisor supports day-to-day operations of the Clubhouse, Concession, On-Course Service, and Food & Beverage-related events, ensuring all services operate efficiently, within budget, and to the highest service standards. A strong emphasis is placed on staff leadership, training, inventory control, and time management.

**Job Requirements**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and above-average computer skills
- Experience using POS systems; knowledge of JONAS is an asset but not required
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional service to Members and guests in all Food & Beverage areas
- Actively work service shifts as a server and/or bartender when scheduled
- Support daily Food & Beverage operations in the Clubhouse, Concession, and On Course Service
- Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring service needs are met efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and stock management
- Assist with daily cash-outs and end-of-shift financial procedures
- Train, coach, and support staff to ensure consistent service standards
- Coordinate events in collaboration with Food & Beverage Management
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations, including AGLC liquor laws
- Serve as a point of contact between staff and management, fostering clear communication

**Key Goals**
- Enhance Member and guest satisfaction through attention to detail and service excellence
- Improve sales and revenue through effective staff and inventory management
- Provide strong operational and administrative support to the Food & Beverage
- Management team
- Promote collaboration and communication between departments, including the kitchen and golf shop

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
