We’re on the lookout for experienced, kind, and collaborative educators who can balance developmental theory with a chaotic circle time - and still leave work smiling (most days). You’ll be joining a crew of dedicated, hilarious, and highly skilled professionals in a **state-of-the-art 20,000 sq ft facility** where your biggest job is to show up, support your team, and do what you do best**:help little humans grow**.

Seriously. We handle all the supplies. You bring your skills, your weirdly amazing ability to calm a room full of three-year-olds, and your favourite cozy cardigan.

**What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers)**:

- Designing and delivering lesson plans that are fun, developmentally appropriate, and make kids (and you) light up.
- Creating a warm, respectful environment where every child feels seen, heard, and valued.
- Building relationships with families and keeping them in the loop (we use an app to keep this simple).
- Observing and tracking developmental milestones like a child-whispering data wizard.
- Collaborating with a team of smart, creative, and supportive educators - think “dream team,” but with more glitter.
- Supporting all learners, including those with additional needs, with empathy and skill.
- Staying curious and committed to growth through ongoing professional development.

**You’ll Fit Right In If You**
- Are ECE or Infant Toddler certified (obviously).
- Have a solid handle on the BC childcare licensing regs (or at least know where to look when you need to).
- Have experience in early childhood settings - the kind where things get messy, loud, and unforgettable.
- Can laugh through chaos, communicate clearly, and work as part of a tight-knit, all-star team.
- Love learning, leading, and being part of a values-based community.
- Can rock a theme day, sing off-key with confidence, and high-five parents in the parking lot.
- Are cool with documentation and know your way around basic tech.
- Bonus points if you speak French or another language - even toddler-speak counts.
