**YOUR MISSION**
As the **Customer Service Team Lead**, you'll be a cornerstone of our guest experience. You’ll play a key role in coordinating the customer service team, working closely with the Customer Service Manager and other departments to ensure a seamless, human, and memorable experience.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Deliver top-tier customer service and handle all regular front desk duties
- Be responsible for opening and closing the site according to our standards, and conduct regular walkthroughs to ensure pristine cleanliness, inside and out
- Act as the go-to person for all staff (maintenance, treatments, customer service) in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth information flow
- Ensure all rules, protocols, and standards are rigorously followed and enforced
- Oversee customer complaint handling, group booking files, and member accounts
- Participate in training new team members
- Optimize and verify the appointment schedule to ensure smooth spa operations
**YOU’RE THE ONE WE’RE LOOKING FOR IF**
- You have solid customer service experience
- Ideally, you’ve worked in the spa or hospitality industry (a plus)
- You are bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, to serve all clients professionally
- You’re proactive, organized, and calm under pressure
- You’re known for your natural leadership, kindness, and positive attitude
- You’re resourceful, take initiative, and demonstrate sound judgment
- You have a neat appearance and strong attention to detail
- You’re punctual and thorough
- You have basic computer skills or are eager to learn quickly
