Couture Landscapes is looking to hire experienced Landscape Construction Laborers for long term and permanent employment.

**Summary of Position**: You will be working in a crew of 2-4 people, and will be working under/with your crew leader to contribute to the completion of landscape and construction projects.
- Working on a variety of both landscape, and construction projects
- Frequent machine and equipment operation work, some experience required
- Approximately 50 hrs/week with more available
- Perform a variety of landscape work through masonry/stonework, carpentry, sodding, and gardening, along with various other fields

**Who we are looking for**:

- Self motivated individuals eager to learn
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- Reliable and punctual
- Able and willing to listen, understand, and learn from the crew leader
- Capable of operating required equipment and tools in a safe and responsible manner
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Qualifications**:

- Must possess a valid G driver’s license
- Minimum 3 years of landscape/construction experience
- Good oral and written communication skills to work with other employees and trades
- Excellent customer service skills to deal with clients
- Ability to operate landscape equipment including but not limited to tempers, hand tools, laser levels, measuring equipment, drills, saws, bobcat, excavator, etc.
- Excellent understanding of landscape materials for hardscape and installation procedures
