We are looking for a reliable individual to join our ON-CALL team for Spring and Summer property maintenance starting in April.

You will be working on residential properties located in Oakville and Burlington.

Pay rate is between $20-$25hr based on experience and performance.

We are looking for someone with a flexible schedule for the entire season. This is an ON-CALL position.

This is a Spring-Fall opportunity which includes:

- Weeding gardens
- Loading and unloading materials from trailer
- Operating leaf blowers, trimmers, and mowers
- Installing soil and mulch
- Edging beds
- Trimming plants and trees
- Cleaning up lawn and garden beds
- and more

Great opportunity with a very manageable schedule.
We are a small team that works like a family, not treated as numbers. We love to make clients happy and provide outstanding work.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Minimum 1 year gardening and lawn care experience**:

- **Must have own vehicle (no exceptions)**:

- **People skills**:

- **Experience in operating various lawn cutting equipment including, weed and hedge trimmer, blowers, pruners, etc**:

- **Ability to work with others on team**:

- **HIGH Attention to detail**

Additional Details:
**Must be able to drive to/meet at jobsites each day**
