**About This Role**

As a Paralegal on the Property team you’ll play a crucial role in client service and practice management. Bring your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive approach to help our team deliver excellent client care.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage client intake, conduct conflict searches, and open new files.
- Schedule meetings and manage the lawyer’s calendar.
- Set court dates, track filing deadlines, and prepare client documents.
- Draft routine correspondence and organize client report books.
- Maintain electronic and paper files, handle mail, and coordinate document processing.
- Conduct property searches, manage tax certificates and payments, and organize mortgage payouts.
- Process wire transfers and manage financial requests.
- Assisting other Property team members as needed.

**What You Bring**
- **Experience**:Graduate of a Legal Assistant or Paralegal program with 1-3 years of experience preferred.
- **Skills**:Strong attention to detail, proofreading, communication, and time management skills.
- **Mindset**:A team player with a positive approach, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
- **Tech Proficiency**:Adept at using technology such as Outlook and Microsoft Office, with a talent for learning new software quickly. Familiarity with PropertyOnline and/or ProLaw is a bonus.
