NOW HIRING1. **Cook**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook food items (fried chicken, grilled items, seafood, sides)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food prep procedures and Flamez standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced team

**Requirements**:

- Kitchen experience preferred but not required - we will train
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safe certification is a plus

2. **Cashier / Front Counter**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a smile and take orders
- Handle POS transactions (cash/card)
- Help with packing orders and maintaining front area cleanliness
- Answer questions about the menu

**Requirements**:

- Great communication and customer service skills
- Previous cashier or retail experience is a bonus
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented

3. **Food Safety Supervisor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor food safety standards in the kitchen and storage areas
- Train team on proper handling, sanitation, and hygiene
- Conduct daily checklists and ensure compliance with Food Safe regulations
- Report to management and lead safety audits

**Requirements**:

- Must have valid Food Safe Level 1 & 2 (or equivalent)
- Experience in food safety or supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail and leadership skills
