The Position

Van Isle Marina employees are the company’s greatest asset
and this position takes pride in contributing to engaged relationships and a
positive company culture. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for
providing administrative support to the manager for recruitment, on-boarding, uniforms, and
other HR functions. The administrator helps make Health & Safety a priority
in the workplace, as well as being the Joint Health & Safety Committee
Secretary.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:
**Qualifications**:

- Enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing attitude
- Excellent communication skills:
face to face, written, and telephone
- 2 years minimum of relevant experience, or a diploma in HR, administration,
or related program
- Great attention to detail
- Organization skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate customer service skills
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Mastery of Microsoft Office
- SharePoint experience a plus
- Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
