**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for patients.
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, crown and bridge and preventative care.
- Provide education to patients regarding oral hygiene and preventive care practices.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records using Maxident software and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards.
- Stay current with advancements in dentistry through continuing education and professional development.
**Skills**
- Experience in dentistry favorable but new grads also welcome.
- Proficiency in using software for patient management and record keeping.
- Good communications skills and chairside manners.
- Valid BC dental license.
- Malpractice insurance.
**Compensation**
- 45-50% of collections - Lab expenses (depending on experience).
Will be busy from day 01.

Pay: $99,602.74-$172,267.95 per year
