Our team at **Compass Dental in Campbell River, BC, on Vancouver Island,**is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled **Associate Dentist** to join our amazing team. This is a **full-time** opportunity in a **state-of-the-art, modern clinic** with an exceptional team, loyal patients, and strong mentorship available.

Campbell River is less than a **30-minute flight from Vancouver and just a 1.5-hour drive from Departure Bay Ferry Terminal.**The area is well known for outdoor enthusiasts: hiking, kayaking, fishing, whale watching, forestry, cold water diving, wildlife tours, and much more.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- 2 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is requested, however, new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
- A confident, compassionate, and **eager dentist** ready to learn and grow
- Registered or in processing of registering with the: British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
- Registered or in process of registering with BCDA
- Someone who values **patient-centered care** and strong clinical outcomes
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment
- Must be licensed to practice in British Columbia
- We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s)

**COMPENSATION**:
Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from **40% collections and higher (depending on experience)**

**SCHEDULE**:

- 32 - 40 hours per week (up to you)
- Days of the week ( Monday to Thurs or Tues to Fri)
