We're dedicated to creating exceptional living experiences for our residents, and we're seeking an energetic and professional Live-In Superintendent to be a cornerstone of our community.

**Responsibilities**:
**Cleaning/Maintenance**:

- Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior common areas and grounds.
- Prepare apartments for new residents to high standards, including inspections and cleaning.
- Coordinate work orders and perform minor maintenance tasks.
- Liaise with contractors and tradespersons for repairs and maintenance projects.
- Ensure consistent building operations and functionality of common areas.
- Respond promptly to building emergencies.

**Tenant Relations/Administrative**:

- Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction in all interactions with residents.
- Assist in filling vacancies and leasing efforts.
- Maintain and submit various logs and records as required.
- Stay knowledgeable about relevant landlord and tenant legislation.
- Plan and host tenant-relations events.

**Safety**:

- Prioritize resident safety and security.
- Respond effectively to emergencies and maintain safety logs.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety and other safety plans.

**General**:

- Provide on-call service for emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate stock control records.
- Assist in parking management and enforcement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Skills, Abilities, and Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of property maintenance or facilities management experience.
- Maintenance and cleaning experience preferred.
- People skills and ability to interact effectively with residents.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet browsing.
- Experience with Yardi software preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
- Ability to handle pressure, delegate, and prioritize tasks.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
