We are looking for a **Production Team Lead** for our site, who will be versatile and ensure the production plan is fully achieved on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements including safety and environmental needs.

**What you're responsible for**:

- Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization's objectives, regulations, and procedures.
- Sorting, processing and storage of various metals.
- Coordinating, organize and supervise their team in order to carry out the various day-to-day activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followed.
- Taking the necessary measures to protect health and safety to prevent work-related accidents.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory and inputting data into site software such as Microsoft Suite and additional programs.
- Monitoring facility cleanliness and orderliness.

**Qualifications** To join our team**:

- 3+ years of experience in the recycling or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional programs.
- Shipping and receiving experience is an asset.
- You have strong communication skills, can take initiative and lead a team.
- You have strong health and safety skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
