This role is the key for our growth as a company.

The Vancouver City Lead at Toonie Tours will lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of guides, manage inventory, and expand the company’s network through strategic partnerships. They will research new attractions for custom tours and maintain comprehensive knowledge of all city offerings, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Occasionally lead tours, covering on an emergency coverage basis.
- Provide ongoing leadership, guidance, hiring and training; be the first point of contact for team members.
- Liaison between the local team, admin team, and management.
- Manage inventory (uniforms, umbrellas, and POS).
- Provide exceptional customer support for escalated issues.
- Promote company through active community and business engagement.
- Network with companies and attractions to expand business.
- Build a system to provide internal efficiency.
- Create new tours/experiences based on demand and management direction.

**Must Haves**
- Leadership experience: Proven track record in leading teams, ideally in tourism or a similar field. Experience should demonstrate the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team of individuals working independently, showing success in improving team performance and morale through strategic leadership.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Drive: Understand the company mission and values with the ability to work independently towards our goals.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.

Pay: $36,000.00-$44,000.00 per year

Additional pay:
