Le Chef des ventes aura la responsabilité de voir au développement des affaires du territoire qui lui es assigné, de promouvoir les produits commercialisés par l’entreprise et de coordonner les activités afin de rencontrer les différents objectifs de ventes.

Plus particulièrement, le titulaire:

- Gère, motive et encadre une équipe de vente incluant des Coordonnateurs de ventes (CDT) vers l’atteinte des objectifs tant dans le secteur de détail.
- Assure une bonne exécution des activités promotionnelles de mise en marche, de marketing et Trade Marketing dans le respect des budgets et des échéanciers.
- S’assure que la croissance de son territoire suit la performance des bannières sous son territoire.
- Recommande et établit, en collaboration avec les membres de l’équipe, les plans d’actions et les stratégies de ventes et de distribution pour accroître le niveau des ventes et contrer la compétition.
- Coordonne et maximise la distribution des produits au détail par le biais d’agents distributeurs et par son équipe de vente.
- Organise et dirige des séances de coaching auprès des coordonnateurs de territoire, rédige les évaluations des membres de son équipe visant le développement des compétences.
- Participe à la négociation des ententes commerciales avec nos clients indépendants et épiceries.
- Effectue des tâches reliées à la gestion de comptes clients incluant les revues d’affaires tout en coachant les CDT qui ont ces responsabilités.
- Voit à la bonne gestion du cycle de visite de nos clients auprès des coordonnateurs de territoire et s’assure d’une gestion efficace des priorités de l’entreprise.
- Analyse et communique efficacement les informations provenant du marché.
- Coordonne les activités de gestion des retours et des espaces tablettes pour atteindre les objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Gestion des listes prix, mise en liste et rabais temporaires, ainsi que la gestion des budgets.
- Fournir les outils de ventes adéquats afin de supporter les coordonnateurs aux ventes dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.

Exigences:

- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires option marketing ou autre domaine pertinent;
- 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire, incluant de la gestion de personnel;
- 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans la gestion de comptes clients
- Posséder d’excellentes relations interpersonnelles;
- Posséder des talents de négociateur et de bon communicateur;
- Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques usuels; (Suite Office, SAP, Oracle)
- Très bonnes connaissances de l’anglais, tant à l’oral et qu’à l’écrit;
- Bonne capacité analytique.
