**Job Description**:
The Data Product Owner objective is to conceive and manage the development of AI Products addressing identified needs for final users and contributing to strategic business objectives. The product manager is accountable for the product delivery all along its life cycle.

Manage overall program with multi use cases under the same product / asset leveraged (for example multiple use cases leveraging demand prediction asset):

- Validate business sponsorship and prerequisites to execute program
- Create overarching roadmap of development and deployment to multiple countries / segments
- Implement the right governance to manage program execution with business sponsors, platforms, IT and Data team
- Coordinate execution of use cases to maximize impact for Sodexo while limiting time to market

Define the product vision
- Business & market understanding
- Understand use case business context
- Formalize problem to solve and use case business objective
- Co-define the benefit case with Business
- Use case scoping
- Break down business issues into micro-issues for project scoping
- Define a clear and simple product vision
- Build first product “roadmap”
- Define actionable KPIs to measure product

Own the product roadmap, animate feature teams and ensure delivery
- Own the product Roadmap
- Turn the roadmap into a backlog of user stories
- Manage risks and blockers and influence strategies until problem resolution
- Prepare relevant documents to update stakeholders during Data Lab instances
- Animate feature teams
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Business and Technical Stakeholders (DS, DE, etc)
- Ensure feature team delivery at each phase of the product life-cycle

Ensure product adoption and successful execution during the run phase
- Co-realize the impact analysis of the product implementation
- Acculturate partners and sponsors on AI value, specific ways of working and constraints (“AI is not magic”)
- Monitor costs during the run phase in collaboration with the Service Manager
- Engage all Data Lab partners (IT, sponsors, business, Security...) all along the product life-cycle.. Make sure that partners are included in key decisions

**Qualifications**:

- Engineering / Business Administration Master degree
- 8 years+ experience in strategy consulting firm or product management role into large corporate organizations
- Outstanding analytical skills
- Proven successful management of projects and multidisciplinary teams in a business environment
- Proven knowledge and practice of Agile methodologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and pedagogical skills with technical teams
- Leadership
