7+ years' experience with at least 2+ years' experience as an analyst in sales and/or customer success strategy, finance, consulting, or in equivalent roles Experience with analytical tools to help break down complex problems and design solutions to them Able to analyze large sets of data, and derive patterns from it Able to communicate customer needs with internal stakeholders, sharing their difficulties with data-backed justifications Have a proven track record of leading cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects to success. Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient while being adaptable to changing priorities and comfortable wearing multiple hats throughout the day Enjoys working cross-functionally through the details of resolving complex issues Ability to articulate complex problems, processes, or data to peers as well as senior management. Equally comfortable interacting analytical and technical teams across multiple time zones/regions and translating business needs into business solutions Track record of results in fast-moving environments and ability to excel under ambiguity Identify and take on ad-hoc operational projects, closing gaps in business and operations. Drive innovation, best practices, and achievement of strategic objectives. Understand the IT integrations and prepare the process flows. Analyzes the feasibility of and may assist with the development of requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design fits the needs of the business. Responsible for understanding system functionality and communicating system capabilities to the business.

**Responsibilities**

Focused on requirements Solves problems with IT solutions Bridge between business and IT Performs functional design Develop Processes and Requirements to support the business outcomes Works proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency Carry out process map gaps Capture current state and to be process Design and build solutions and facilitate testing with cross-functional teams across region. Document the decisions and agreements Develop and maintain the technical documents for the solution. Develop training material and train employees in new process flow / requirements Identify scope of continuous improvement and adoption Run weekly calls to support the requirements and project activities Work with IT to ensure system changes resulting from business requirements are implemented on time and achieve the desired results.
