- Follow-up with customers 24 hrs after booked and completed service appointment
- Manager the overflow of incoming service phone inquiries and appointment requests
- Book service appointments
- Follow-up with customers who are past-due on regular service appointments
- Provide insight and knowledge to customers on marketing programs
- Winter Tire campaign
- Spring Service campaign
- Listen and be attentive to customer needs and priorities in order to provide appropriate suggestions and guidance
- Provide relief at the reception desk when required
- Provide superior customer service and achieve the highest degree of customer satisfaction
