If you have a passion for food, excellent culinary skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is perfect for you.

**The successful applicant will possess the following traits**:

- Providing friendly and engaging customer service, describing our exquisite culinary creations with enthusiasm.
- Showcasing your skills in carving meats and skillfully crafting beautifully finished plates.
- Assisting with the preparation and execution of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and adherence to culinary standards.
- Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques, including carving meats and plating.
- Ability to engage with customers in a friendly and talkative manner, describing food items and making recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards of presentation and taste.

**Job Requirements**:

- 2-3+ years experience in a similar position **OR**:

- A journeyman or working toward Red Seal certification
- Culinary educational background an asset
- Flexible weekly schedule/availability
