**Opportunity**

**_Job responsibilities include: _**
- _Reading and interpreting drawings/blueprints_
- _Organizing and managing materials_
- _Liaise with customers _
- _Comfortable working as part of a team or on your own_
- _Install and maintain plumbing, heating and gas systems_
- _Providing guidance to apprentices_
- _Safely secure and maintain company tools_
- _Follow safe work protocols (WorksafeBC, Safety program(s), etc.)_
- _Transportation to the jobsite _
- _Reliability_

Our projects are currently located in Vancouver, North Vancouver, UBC, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Surrey and Burnaby.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36.00-$46.00 per hour
