**A DAY IN THE LIFE**
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in a proficient and correct manner as directed by the Site Supervisor.
- Address customer concerns by diagnosing/trouble-shooting plumbing-related issues.
- Report directly to the Site foreman or Supervisor for projects and customer service needs.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems as required.
- Maintain a clean workspace and company service van for everyday productivity.
- Properly complete all paperwork associated with each job you complete.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- 4+ years of experience as a Plumber on commercial or multi-residential sites.
- Red Seal Plumber Certification.
- Proficiency in plumbing installations with some knowledge of mechanical systems.
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor to build good team morale.
- Strong understanding and exposure to industry safe work practices (safety is a priority for us).
- Outstanding time and project management skills to complete work on time and within budget.
- Self-motivated with the ability to maintain productivity without supervision.
- Reliable and dependable team player that shows up on time.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and technology.
