JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking talented individuals to work on our Wall Panel Production team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting panel and structural steel drawings, prepping components, fabricating steel wall panels and performing quality checks on finished products.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reading and interpreting panel and structural steel drawings
- Prefabricating and fabricating interior and exterior wall panels
- Performing quality checks of completed wall panels and components
- Conforming with company safety regulations
- Process improvement: identifying minor ways the system can be simplified
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous work experience in Construction/Fabrication is an asset but not required
- Ability to safely use power tools
- Mathematical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Forward thinker with a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift upwards of 50 to 80 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Self-driven, positive attitude
- Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment

HOURS OF WORK: Monday to Thursday 7:00am - 4:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 2:30pm

SALARY: starting at $20 per hour
