Production Labourer

Princeton is located at the confluence of the Similkameen and Tulameen Rivers, just one hour from the South Okanagan and three hours from the Lower Mainland. Local amenities include an 18-hole golf course, a curling rink, an indoor arena, an outdoor pool, ATV trails, mountain bike trails, and groomed nordic ski trails. The town also hosts an annual rodeo and an outdoor music festival, offering a welcoming community with plenty of opportunities to enjoy an active lifestyle.

This is a unionized position and is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement between Interior Forest Labour Relations Association and United Steelworkers.

**KEY ROLES** of this position include but are not limited to:

- Working shift work and available for all shifts on short notice
- Working in a manufacturing production environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as required

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Physical ability to perform labour intensive occupations
- High School Diploma or equivalency is considered an asset
- Previous experience in forestry or manufacturing is considered an advantage
- Must be 18 years of age or older as per the new BC Government legislation

**WAGE**: Starts at $34.875 per hour.
