With a strong focus on Business Intelligence (BI), this role involves close collaboration with IT, Data Science, BI, and Operations teams to enhance performance tracking tools across Canada and internationally, while delivering practical, impactful operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and innovate analytical tools to improve operational efficiency and deliver high-value business insights.- Contribute to operational planning in collaboration with key stakeholders.- Work closely with IT, Data Science, BI, and Operations teams to ensure strategic and operational alignment.- Provide actionable solutions to challenges across sorting, loading, delivery, and middle mile/transportation by improving data management, processes, and workflows.- Offer direct operational support by addressing day-to-day needs through analysis, tools, and problem-solving initiatives.- Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations to communicate insights, results, and recommendations to senior management.- Actively participate in the Command Center initiative during peak periods.- Support change management efforts required to implement new innovations successfully.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.- 3-5 years of proven experience in operations, analytics, or a similar role.- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across functions.- Willingness to travel short distances as required.- Bilingual (French and English).
